Black Olive Distress has a "pull-up" effect so the leather lightens as it is stretched (during upholstery) creating a gorgeous vintage appearance. Pull up leathers are intended to distress with use and get more beautiful over time. There may be a slight color variation from hide to hide as in common with premium aniline dyed leathers.
