- Perennial Grey is gorgeous leather that will have natural markings - with natural scratches and bites finished directly into the hide giving the leather that highly valued vintage look. Natural markings are also common with semi-aniline dyed leathers. This leather also has a "pull - up" effect so the leather lightens as it is stretched ( during upholstery ) creating a gorgeous vintage appearance. Pull up leathers are intended to distress with use and get more beautiful over time. Approx Weight 2.6 - 3.0 oz/sq ft. Approx Thickness 1.0 - 1.2 mm
